When you begin to touch your heart or let your heart be touched, you begin to discover that it’s bottomless, that it doesn’t have any resolution, that this heart is huge, vast, and limitless. You begin to discover how much warmth and gentleness is there, as well as how much space.

I have always been a great dreamer. In dreams I have always been more active than in my real life, and these shadows sapped me of my health and energy.
I never stopped loving you. My heart can’t stop the love I feel. Its a great pain to spend days, months and even years with that someone and have it all the memories and moments gone in seconds. I dont need to dream about those days because those days were the happiest days of my life and I will cherish the little time life has given me to experience a heart as pure as yours. It may have took seconds to lose everything we had but it will take forever and more for me to forget the seconds it took for you to become my entire world, my life, my everything, my first and my last.
We are dying from overthinking. We are slowly killing ourselves by thinking about everything. Think. Think. Think. You can never trust the human mind anyway. It’s a death trap.

Do not tell everyone your story. You will only end up feeling more rejected. People cannot give you what you long for in your heart. The more you expect from people’s response to your experience of abandonment, the more you will feel exposed to ridicule.
We must be our own before we can be another’s.
People grow when they are loved well. If you want to help others heal, love them without an agenda.

Don’t give up. Keep going. There is always a chance that you stumble onto something terrific. I have never heard of anyone stumbling over anything while he was sitting down.
Communicate. Even when it’s uncomfortable or uneasy. One of the best ways to heal, is simply getting everything out.
